		Margarine

Butter both sides of bread. Cut a round hole in the center of bread with a cookie cutter or glass. Put bread into skillet and crack egg into the hole in the bread. Fry at medium temperature to fully cook the egg. Turn when half done. Courtesy of Shareware RECIPE CLIPPER 1.0
